Return Process

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original luxury packaging and outer shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
